Does Spectersync Core offer refunds?

Spectersync Core is non-refundable, and it’s no longer sold to new customers — existing subscriptions keep syncing and keep getting updates.

The core sync engine is open-source and free. You can connect it to your own Shopify, WordPress, Ghost, or Webflow sites and run the full pull → edit → push workflow with no license at all.

Spectersync Core adds the commercial license and the packaged, signed Mac app on top of that same engine. If something stops doing what this site says it does while your subscription is active, that is a bug, not a refund question — email support@spectersync.com and I will fix it.

This does not affect any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction. If you are leaving Specter behind, uninstalling takes a moment, and your synced markdown files remain yours to keep.
