How to get a refund
Specter Pro comes with a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund. If it is not the right tool for you, you have two weeks from your purchase to get your money back, and you do not need to justify why.
To request one, email support@spectersync.com from the address you bought with, ideally with your order number or license key so it is easy to find. We process the refund through the payment provider; once it is issued, the charge comes back to your original payment method on the provider’s usual timeline.
That is the whole policy — it is meant to be painless, because a sync tool you do not trust is not worth keeping. If something specific did not work, mentioning it in the email is appreciated and often means we can fix it, but it is never a condition of the refund. If you are leaving Specter behind entirely, uninstalling takes a moment, and your synced markdown files remain yours to keep.
